Hudson Jacobson

Founder & Head Trainer

Hudson’s love for dogs started early, but it wasn’t until he began fostering that he realized training was his true passion. He spent over two years as a foster coordinator at a local rescue that placed more than 3,000 dogs annually, gaining hands-on experience helping dogs through behavioral challenges and preparing them for their forever homes. After fostering more than 40 dogs of all ages and breeds—and adopting his foster-fail, Theo (pictured)—Hudson decided to pursue dog training as a career.

Hudson spent over four years as co-head trainer and manager under Charlie Chun, handling cases ranging from reactivity and anxiety to severe aggression. He has shadowed other trainers, attended workshops, and works with rescues, taking pieces from each experience to shape his own training approach.

Hudson founded Dogology to give dog owners the tools and confidence to create happier, more balanced lives with their dogs. His approach is all about trust, structure, and consistency—tapping into each dog’s unique needs to help families build better connections and get lasting results.

As humans, our instincts don’t always align with what dogs need to thrive. I’ll help you master obedience and learn to speak your dog’s language, creating a balanced relationship built on trust and understanding.
